Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Timber Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
