Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Insurance Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Investigate trends in premium billing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on underwriting files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
