Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (New Orleans, LA)

Amberfield Juniper Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
