Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lakeside Telecom and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
