Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Nashville serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
