Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

Bright Pike Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
