Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Harbor Care Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
