Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Field Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
