Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Field Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Milwaukee with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in promotions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
