Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Silverline Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Miami region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
