Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Miami. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on donor records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
