Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Lumen Forge Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Miami. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in carrier rates and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
