Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Oak Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service complaints. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
