Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Field Insurance is an insurance company in Miami with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on underwriting files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
