Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Stone Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Memphis, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records.
