Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Bright Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on tooling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
