Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Juniper Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
