Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Rook Markets is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on pricing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
