Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Memphis, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
