Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Madison, WI)

Lumen Ridge Medical Group is a Madison company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
