Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Bright Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
