Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Pike Medical designs and makes medical devices in Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
