Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Cedar Inspection Services is an inspection company in Louisville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on field inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
