Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Iron Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 879 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Investigate trends in water quality and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
