Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Mill Farms and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
