Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cross Hospitality and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on food costs. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
