Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Pike Manufacturing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
