Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Timber Property Management Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis.
