Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Rook Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
