Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ivory Health and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
