Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Timber Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Knoxville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on release testing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
