Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Amber Pharma is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
