Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind River Housing manages affordable housing communities across Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
