Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Yarrow Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on constituent requests.
