Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Beacon Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on attendance records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
