Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Nest Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
