Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
