Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Bright Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Kansas City region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on retention. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
