Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Nest Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
