Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Iron Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory filings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
