Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Juniper Banking Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
