Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Ashton Legal Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis.
