Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 832 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on loads and lanes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
