Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

Bright Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jackson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
