Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Stone Freight Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
