Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Harbor Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We reward reliability. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on carrier rates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
