Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ember Markets Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in online orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
