Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Hospitality and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
