Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Jackson across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
