Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fox Auto Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
